Plaza 817 – 2011/2012

This project was delivered in two stages with stage one being completed in 2011 and stages 2 and 3 completed in 2012.

Angel Air was again engaged in the preliminary design of the buildings with the builder, architect and other associated trades. This early involvement ensured the building programmes were well integrated and very comprehensive. Due to the professionalism of the builder and all trades concerned, all stages came in under budget resulting in a win-win scenario for all concerned.

Stage one consisted of a car park exhaust system, bin store exhaust, toilet exhaust and air conditioning systems to 16 commercial tenancies in a two-storey building. The final air conditioning components comprised of 23 conventional split ducted systems and one VRF system.

Stage two consisted of another two-story building with a further 16 commercial tenancies and car park exhaust system. In addition to this was a single-storey building with a further nine retail and fast food tenancies. Three of these were completed to tenants specification during construction and a further six tenancies finished to base build ready for tenancy fitouts.
